The Evangelical Order of Certified Pastoral Counsellors of America (EOCPCA) is a organization dedicated to fulfilling a global vision to promote and regulate the practice and profession of Counselling and Psychotherapy based on a biblical, faith-based Judeo-Christian foundation. In addition to this mission, the EOCPCA is involved in advancing the science of Biblical, Judeo-Christian Counselling and Psychotherapy throughout North America and around the world, in its mission to heal the souls, hearts, and minds of hurting individuals, and to restore damaged relationships.

The organization is non-denominational and inclusive. We offer both clinical and theological counselling and psychotherapy courses. Clinical courses are non-religious and open to members of all faith groups. The EOCPCA issues credentials to its members under the authority of Legislation governing the States, Provinces and Territories of United States and Canada in the following designations:

The educational qualifications required to successfully apply these designations are offered by accredited secular and faith-based educational institutions located throughout Canada and the United States. Credits and qualifications submitted by applicants are subject to approval by the EOCPCA Membership Review Board. Recognition of credits and qualifications is at the sole discretion of the EOCPCA.

Located in beautiful North Ridge California, the CSCU is an accredited Christian educational institution that offers students the option of studying for their degree on-campus or by enrolling in their Distance-Learning program. There are Graduate and Undergraduate Degree Distance Education Programs that allow you to work towards earning your Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree at your own pace. Our Goals and Beliefs
As a faith-based organization based on Judeo-Christian values, morality, and the Hebrew Bible, applicants for new membership in the EOCPC must agree to abide by a Statement of Faith.
